Winter Coats: What's Trending for 2013?

Alas! The temperatures have dropped, the leaves are being swept off the trees and its getting darker earlier than normal which can only mean one thing, WINTER has arrived. How does one keep warm and comfortable in one of the harshest seasons of the year? Well, the most important item in your wardrobe any winter is your winter coat so if like us you haven’t already updated your winter wardrobe then now is most definitely the time and this post is for you.

Ignore the little voice that tells you to go for the first thing you come across as there as there are several major trends to choose from and you will have a few more things to consider such as fabric, length, Style, Shape and Colour.  The questions to ask yourself before hitting the shops is whether you'd like leather, faux fur, trench, military, parka, short, long its endless. Bear in mind practicality and functionality.

As always my preference is a basic and simple knee-length with buttons and a belt around the waist coat in black but at what cost and where do I go to get one?
