7TH UGANDA INVESTMENT CONVENTION UK

The 7th Ugandan UK Convention whose main objective is promoting investment to Uganda took place on Saturday 17th September at the Troxy in London.  This was the most well attended in the event's series and  as usual the days business event was followed by an after party headlined by Afrigo band and Judith Babirye. 

The event founded by Willy Mutenza of Promota Magazine grows bigger and better each year thanks to the spirit of enterprising Ugandans in the UK keen to invest back home.

The format is simple, Ugandan businesses come to London once a year with an aim to secure investment opportunities for Ugandans in the diaspora.

Anyway, it's the poster ad that made my heart skip a bit. Two Ugandan International models Amito Lagum and Akello Patricia are taking no prisoners and are right there with the best of them looking like money.
