Pauline Long Pauline Long, the founder of BEFFTA (Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television and Arts) Awards will today host a fashion show against Female Genital Mutilation at St Thomas' Hospital, Governor's Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7EH.
The event organised by Global Comfort, will be held a day after the International Day of Zero Tolerance to Female Genital Mutilation which takes place on 6th February every year.
It will feature top African fashion designers, a fashion show, drama and fantastic raffle prizes.
Pauline also hosts The Long Show on BEN Television and is appealing to all her colleagues in entertainment, film, fashion, TV and arts to join her at this big event. “Please use your fame to influence positive change,” she says.
