CRAZY HATS FROM RACEGOERS AT CHELTENHAM

The Cheltenham Festival, one of the biggest events in the horse racing calendar, celebrated St Patrick's Day early this year and we got some serious fashion statements to prove it. Wednesday saw race goers celebrate Ladies Day in their Sunday best. No kidding but these are seriously CRAZY hats.
