Miley Cyrus the Hottest Woman of 2013

Jozyz has chosen Miley Cyrus as our hottest woman of the year. Hottest might just be pushing it a tad but to us this girl set about world domination whether you were going to like it or not. She achieved that in so many ways in the shortest possible time for an artist, lets see, she got us all twerking (some better than others, admittedly), got most of us screaming and cringing at her ridiculous stage outfits (except perhaps teenage boys and pervs), made every jaw drop with that VMAs 2013 performance with Robin Thicke, all them over sexed performances, the weed but all this she has done whilst selling ridiculous albums of her music. In her own words "It may seem ridiculous to you, but its a very strategic move". Clearly 2013 is the year Hannah Montana left the building and Miley Cyrus arrived.
