Naomi Campbell On Racism In Fashion

 

The Super model has once again used her voice to voice her opinions on racism in the Fashion Industry and she is mainly going for the booking agents and casting directors.

"It's disappointing that they still think before booking models of colour," she told Sky News. "It shouldn't be that way in this day and age. Having read a few articles recently about models of colour and diversity, it's been very disappointing. And I feel to have been modelling for 27 years and to be reading this, of what casting directors and what designs think of booking models of colour - it's absolutely appalling."

Bravo to Naomi for tirelessly speaking out on this issue. Maybe one day the industry will not have to think twice about booking a model of colour.
