If you are a Londoner or British for that matter then sunshine or not weather is a myth. How beautiful it been then to experience two days of hot weather this week with Tuesday 19 July billed as the hottest day with temperatures of upto 3 degrees. This was overwhelming for some.We simply can't cope with the heat and so office meetings were cut short across the city with some staff being sent home to cool off. It was Christmas for Sun bathers and ice cream vans and personally i just soaked it in sensibly under a shed with a good book and lots of ice lollies.
Here are some of how the city enjoyed the sun. Let's hope it lasts!
