TRAGEDY AS UK'S DJ YASSIN'S BABY AND HER MOTHER ARE FOUND DEAD AT THEIR HOME

Popular UK based Ugandan Dj Yassin Mutumba is being comforted by his friends and family after his young child and her mother Lillian Elizabeth Oluk were found dead at their home in London. The Dj alerted his friends and family of the tragedy via his facebook page on Thursday 17th March "Dear family and friends am writing to inform you about the death of my child's mother and my child who passed away on tuesday night in their sleep due to carbondioxide,"
The tragedy has sent shockwaves across the Ugandan community in London who are expressing their sympathies through messages of support on social media.
Dj Yassin is a member of the Ugandan Entertainment Association UK whose chairman Mr. Jaffer Suleiman issued the following statement on Thursday following the news of the tragedy.

"The Ugandan Entertainment Association UK fraternity is saddened by the tragic loss of our brother and colleague DJ Yasin's partner and young child.
Our thoughts and prayers for you Yasin at this difficult time.
A wake has been confirmed for tonight at 2 Dongola Road, London  E13 0AZ.

IN SAD NEWS: FORMER NTV NEWS REPORTER ROSEMARY DEAD

NTV News reporter Rosemary Nankabirwa succumbs to cancer. 

The 35 year old was pronounced dead at the AghaKhan hospital in Nairobi, Kenya where she had been transferred for further treatment, her former employer NTV reported.
“Rosemary Nankabirwa has been pulled off life support. Her family has confirmed that she has passed on. May her soul rest in peace.”

NTV spearheaded a fundraising drive to raise money for specialised treatment for their former colleague with the initiatives including a car-washing exercise at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Over all the initiatives raised over Shs100 million, which was needed for specialised treatment.
Another young life cut short by cancer. My sympathies and prayers for Rosemary friends and family.

IN SAD NEWS: JOSE CHAMELEON'S LITTLE BROTHER MUSICIAN AK47 IS DEAD

The Ugandan Entertainment Connection UK fraternity are saddened to learn that we have lost a dear friend and colleague AK47. 

Our grief and confusion at this time are little compared to what AK47's family must be feeling. Our hearts and prayers go out to them.
